4 month transformation on 100mg test e a week

Should I do a stack or continue with what I am doing. I would like to give some other stuff a shot as I feel I respond well but I could be wrong.

My blood levels were 144 so I got prescribed hikma test e 100mg every week. I also take hcg 500mcg every day. And a natural ai from Popeyes called aromatak. This is the progress I’ve made in 4 months or so on a relatively low dose. I’ve been told I am a hyper responder but would like other inputs. I went from 135/140 to 185 very quickly.

This is a result of lacking proper hormones and then having optimization. You are not a hyper responder. If you were those guns would be bigger than 14”.

I appreciate all the feed back it doesn’t go not listened. As I am completely fine with staying where I’m at and seeing where it takes me over time. Patience isn’t something I have an issue with just wanted to put that out there.

I train ppl with rest days in-between. Eat whole foods and get blood work done monthly. Have a rep for quality stuff that has been verified. I also would be throwing in extra of the same ester and potentially stacking something mild like anavar. I know the side effects and risks and have come from injecting hard drugs a lot of my life to now being clean and on top of my health for the last 5 years. I track my cals and macros and get optimal sleep. The gym is the only thing I look forward to every day and Ita done wonders for my life. Just kinda wanted to see where I could take it for this new year. Given I am already needing it for life that’s the reality I gave my self by abusing narcotics for so long in my early years pre puberty. I would also get a PCT for the anavar even tho it’s mild and I’m already taking hcg and trt it self so I would cruise afterward and take something if needed but my e2 levels so far have been as if I was taking a real ai

3x per week as I was too tired from work. I work in concrete forming and scaffolding. So I have been doing lots of work that most people get pretty big from. But I had crap levels. I was making sure to eat 2700 cals a day tracking and nothing worked for 4 years. Never once did having low test come into my mind as my siblings all have above normal ranges. And my sisters also had too high of test and need myo inositol. Now even after work I am not to tired to go to the gym. I still make it happen. So as the others said I think they are correct I just had non optimal levels. Now I float around 750ng. I get my blood work done monthly and eat 3300 calories a day tracked and weighed of whole foods. Not much has changed for diet but a slight increase do to being hungry all the time.

Cold but accurate. Blunt to the point. Went from the size of a female to the size of an almost average male and posts about being a hyper responder. I’m not babying these newbs who want to jump on gear after 4 months of training … sorry not sorry

No need to justify your position. If you read any of my post in the past. Not a massive fan of guys jumping on right out of the gate. Even after getting quality time under their belts people need to question the pros and cons. Before they go full Darkside.

AS you pointed out things started rolling once he got his levels in normal.. plus, he was obviously under eating considering his job.

how many hours last three nights?

So for my last chest day in my app where I record everything it says.

24345 lbs total volume

7 exercises with 24 sets total. I add weight each time I do the certain exercise again the following the next “chest” day

Volume of weight is always improving and I’m constantly changing up the exercises even though they are targeting the same primary muscle group, hope this gives a slight idea I can pull more information out of my app if needed. My old note book I used for the first 2 months before someone recommended this app to me.

That is fair. I’m not a fan of it either but given I already need it for life it is what it is. But I get it trust me. I was simply curious as I do not have much people to talk to about this who are educated on the topic I’ve done the research my self. And was always a compound nerd given I used to inject multiple hard drugs a day in my early years and had to make sure I wouldn’t die. Technically I’m already on gear which is why I have gotten curious but I waited 4 years to even hop on. I have more than enough patience to wait to even consider hopping on anything and getting my routine and training even more disciplined and dialed in.( Also still very on the fence if it’s even needed as I am consistently gaining monthly.
