Not needed at this point. You’ll make steady progress for 6 months usually and then slower until about a year. Stay on TRT and no it’s not the same as running steroids. Your TRY levels are supposed to be healthy and in range. When that happens your health improves. When you run super levels from AAS it’s detrimental. Big difference. Also you keep your TRT benefits in muscle size as you’re stable hormone levels support this. When you run gear you deflate when finished as your body goes back to homeostasis with your TRT levels. I stopped running gear down this reason.

It was what my cal ai app suggested to get to my goal of 200 by March, then gunna cut back down to 185/190 is it considered high? For a 3300 cal diet. I also typically don’t hit the goal it suggests I’m typically around 25 grams but those were the last three days

So that makes me pretty much natural then in a somewhat way since I’m just at normal healthy levels by doing an exogenous hormone and technically would’ve got the same results if I did in the first place
Eh…. Not quite. Makes you equivalent of an elite natural which may have genetically blessed hormone profile. Not many men run around with permanently top tier hormones 24/7
True say so I guess I’d have to run a bit more to actually see what it could do for me if I used it as a cycle like most do to get up to like 3-5000
