Indeed, some of the comments are pretty funny but useful feedback might be good too. Just a though
Wow… ahaha
Fuck abs, you need to eat!
dude, you realize if you doubled your caloric intake you would gain alot of muscle, and probably still be able to see your abs?
u really do have a massive torso. in comparison with your arms and head.
Yeah, you need to proportion your workouts and gain some muscle in the places you have none aha. Im not saying your torso is big by any stretch, but your arms look small as fuck compared to it.
Does anyone have a program suggestion. I did a hypertrophy routine from NROL and made gains in my lifts. Leaning towards a Westside setup or Madcow. I would prefer to lift 4 days per week. Any suggestions?

So you gained 6 pounds since your last RMP thread. I guess you thought it was time to show the world your fabulous transformation.
Well, to be honest, it wasn’t. [/quote]

Eat something. Anything.

All the chicks love the coked out rockstar look.
exactly ![]()
Get on a gainer that is 1000+ calories per shake. Drink 3 a day. Eat 4 meals a day, each 1000+ calories.
Simple enough, eh?
a tan wouldnt hurt either

try a westside routine and keep trying to push the lifts up. It will be so different, you’ll gain alot of mass also, as long as you eat big as well
Any heavy program will put on mass when you eat right and use good pre and post workout drinks. Do use a weight gainer also. Don’t forget food is 80% and yes Protein shakes are food. What do you take after a workout and how long after.
I agree that a westside routine (eg - westside for skinny bastards) would work. So would a lot of other routines. The point everyone is trying to make is that its probably not your routine that’s the issue.
The advice “Eat!” doesn’t sound helpful, but its the truth. The best routine on earth isn’t going to pack on any mass if you’re eating 2400 calories a day.
If you really want to improve your physique here’s what I recommend: For the next year, just focus on gaining mass. Seriously commit to it. Even if you wake up one day and think that maybe your abs aren’t as sharp as they were… even if they disappear. The worst thing you can do is freak out and spend the next week fasting and running on a treadmill. You will not turn into a tub of fat if you’re still lifting hard. Building mass takes time, but if you focus on 1) eating to gain weight, and 2) getting stronger (especially in the big lifts) its amazingly easy.
And this is from someone who thought he was a hardgainer for a long time… I started out at 5’10" and 145 pounds and didn’t progress much for a while. But once I made a serious commitment to get over 200 pounds, it was shocking how easy it was to gain muscle. Just monitor your weight… if you’re gaining, then your diet is good. If you’re not, you need to eat more. You don’t have to eat like shit, but don’t get bogged down in details about the “perfect” diet.
Anyways, this is probably a longer response than is warranted, but maybe it will help.
thanks for the info, it wasn’t too long of a response. I started using fit day about 10 days ago and have been logging everything!. I’ve uppped my calories on weight training days to about 2800-2900 cals and 2400 on non-training/GPP days. I’ve also limited by gpp to kettlebell circuits and 20 minutes of HIIT cardio. Keep up with the suggestions.
Now I’m not a professional by any means BUT i’m pretty sure that a chick who is trying to maintain roughly takes in 2400 calories.
You need to eat more.

once again, 2900 calories is not enough. I’d be surprised if that’s even maintenance for you not even including all the kettlebell shit and HIIT you are doing. do you REALLY want to be one of those guys who works out for 10 years and barely looks any different then when they started? b/c you are heading in that direction.
