Thanks for the feedback, although some of it a tad more brutal than I would have liked it. My ultimate goal is 180lbs with at 500+ lbs deadlift. I just started using fit day which has my calories at about 2400 per day, not including a good cheat every week or so. I guess I need to up the cals alot more.

I can see ALL of your ribs, that’s not good. When you are lean and built I should be seeing your serratus muscles not your ribs. Your serratus is nonexistant.
Lat width is decent but that’s really the only positive I see. Seriously, pack on some quality mass.

There is no way of knowing if your lifting routine is good or not. You can have the best routine in the world but if you don’t eat you wont make progress. Start eating properly to gain weight then assess if your program needs tweaking.
I have a feeling you’ll ignore this advice too, since it involves eating more.
