I have Kai on top, phil just fades away
Branch lookes weak, happy Dexter is lookin great! like i said Wolf has shitty calves and even the guys talking mentioned his gut and how he can’t control it.
how did you guys like Ben Pakalski? i thought he looked amazing
It’s crazy how much the order of things can play tricks in this sport. When Kai and Phil had Hide in between them, it actually looked like Phil was outsizing Kai. I didn’t think it was close when I saw them in that first callout. But when you put the two together, it was clear that Kai had Phil in some areas. I like both guys, and don’t care about the politics. It looked to me like Kai gave up a little size in the legs, but he is much better at this weight and not trying to outmass everyone. I also don’t think Phil’s arms are that far ahead of Kai’s. I think it’s very close right now, but I’d have to say Kai is a little ahead.
I still don’t see all the Wolf love, he has my calves but is 80 pounds heavier. Pak looked good and so did Rhoden. Branch looked ugly, but I think he will be gifted 4th. I like Centopani around 8th.
If I was picking a top 6: 1.Kai 2.Phil 3.Dex 4.Rhoden 5.Pak 6.Centopani.
How come Kefalianos didn’t do the 212? He looked good conditioning wise just no comparing him with the big boys. Same for Yamagishi.

ben has an amazing big structure and has amazing wheels…
i have a hard time, aesthetically, looking at bumps and nodular things in the abs of some guys, he looks like he might have a hernia above his belly button.
pak will do well in the future, but much like evan…they are big boys and need to fill out even more, evan chest, wheels - pak arms and more upper body overall.
as said, dex looked sharp, rhoden is a beast in the making, i might have bumped wolf up some, he looked dry/conditioned but apparently flat looking.
i agree w/ the call that branch should have been moved down and wolf up.
excited for the night show…going to eat and train today, then hope kai brings some good posing…wu tang clan shit or perhaps…this to honor Brooklyn!!!

For God’s sake I hope Dex doesn’t crack the top 5. Why would the judges reward someone for looking the exact same for the last 7 years or more? So overrated.
If they’re going that direction, IMO JOJ deserves a higher spot than what he’ll get. His legs have improved. Not enough for a top 5 but I like his size vs aesthetics much more than “The Blade.”

I have Kai slightly ahead going into finals. This is going to be down to the wire the only way for Kai to slam dunk this is to come in better for finals and for Phil to fade. If Kai fades or Phil improves they will give it to the reigning champ…same way they always do when it’s close.

Overall I think this is a pretty close show but Phil’s gonna win… he looks better and much more 3d… if you look at the pics Phil’s muscles look like they are kind of popping, all the time… Kai looks awesome but doesnt have that muscle popping as much as Phil does

This, 100%.
It didn’t even look like a competition when it was Phil on stage with everyone else, but Phil next to Kai showed how close it really is. I’d still give it to Phil, but I respect the shit out of Kai, he really didn’t fuck around this year.
They need to have a callout with Branch in the middle of Wolf and Pakulski
