2012 Olympia

I don’t know how much times I have to say this but Cedric McMillan is the future of bodybuilding.

None of these guys hold a candle to Cedric’s potential.

Who’s disagreeing?

The fact is, potential is not REALIZED and is not an actual tangible thing.

So, until he is what he could be, who fucking cares?

Good post completely agree.

This is Gettinitdone you’re talking to…

Like talking to a manwhich really…

Beyeke has more potential than Cedric, I think. Esp if he can bring up his legs

Rhoden is also vying in my mind for the hopeful future of bodybuilding as well. What a spectacular physique. That front double bicep pose is amazing.

I agree completely. What a stunning physique. And this might sound a bit off…but what a ‘healthy’ looking physique as well. If they were to give it to him tonight (which they won’t) I would not mind at all!

I’m just saying people should follow this guy’s progress.

Damn, Kai looks better tonight than he did last night, imo. At least during his posing routine so far. We’ll see what Phil brought.

Kai looked sick!

Fair enough. Ced is the man, it’s just going to take a while for him to get the mass he needs to keep up with those little fellas, haha.

that Shawn guy, phenomenal physique.

I have to admit I like Phil better, he just has that genetic fullness.

Layne Nortons glasses must be at lens crafters because he just said that Kai doesn’t have good biceps! LOL! Kais biceps have a better peak then Phils ffs.

I thought both guys looked better tonight. Kai looked great, but Phil got stronger as the comparisons went on, imo. I think Phil edged it out. Either way it’s going to be controversial, but it really shouldn’t be. Both are deserving.

x2. I was suprised to see how much bigger and peaked they were than phils. I think Phil has him beat in MM, side tri, RDB and rear lat is close. Kai looks better in every other pose IMO. Just so much wider in the front lat spread and FDB. Going to be close.

Kai and Phil both came in amazing… Kai finally nailed his conditioning. Should be a very interesting finish. It could easily be awarded to either of them

lol did you guys hear that? They’re filming a docu-drama at this year’s Olympia (apparently the same people that produced Pumping Iron). No wonder Phil and Kai are acting around like there’s some kind of animosity between them.

I had Kai ahead pretty well after the prejudging, but tonight, Phil really just brought some extra crispness while also presenting his usual amount of fullness. Looks like he pulled ahead, especially if tonight’s comparisons count as much as I think they do.

S

I think they both deserve it based on both today’s show and yesterdays. One is not clear cut over the other they both dominate certain poses and both faded a bit at certain times and came out stronger at others. This is going to come down to Apples vs Grapefruits all depends on what you like personally. Either way Phil sure as hell did not distance himself from Kai this was the closest Olympia i have seen in a long time.
