Call Jay’s physique boring or boxy, the guy’s physique is very hard to compete against. He’s very complete, big, wide and with few weaknesses. Phil looks fucking awesome apart from a few poses, would be nice if he won.
Personally I’m actually sitting here and hoping for Branch to win for a load of reasons, most of those reasons are kind of bad ones and I’ll be the first to admit it. I’m just a sucker for when an underdog wins. Most people I’ve talked with didn’t think Branch could keep making big improvements and that last year was the best we’d ever see from him. Last night he went in and put us doubters in our place with the bluntness of a freight train and I frickin love him for that.

I don’t think Jay “lost it,” he was very conditioned and brought the fucking size. Structurally he looks better than Branch even if Branch was more shredded and he just out muscles Dex, but Phil, damn he brought it this year. I love Jay. But in that picture Branch looks much better imo. Jays waist is too big and he looks blocky standing next to branch which is kind of an insult if you ask me. Phil and Dex both look awesome.
