I’ll be cheering for Vic, but realistically if Jay brings the same package from last year its a walk in the park for him. I’m interested to see the improvements that Kai has made. I for one think that Phil beat Kai at the Arnold this year, but an equally conditioned Kai will take 2nd at this contest, behind Jay. I don’t see Branch landing in the Top 4 this year.
Hopefully Vic can bring in the conditioning he had from back in the day when he worked with Chris Aceto.
EDIT: Is it just me or does Toney look like shit at 7 weeks out? His arms and legs look smaller than usual and his conditioning seems a bit behind.
The number 2 spot comes down to victors condition vs Kai’s new size and his conditioning pre Arnold '10. Victor has better structure than heath and kai is bigger than heath. If both are off in some aspect heath can take the 2 spot.
Victor has the best shape and structure in the show but he never looks as good on stage as he does in pictures by himself. If Jay fucks up royally and Victor is at his best ever he’ll win.
My guess is that Cutler wins pretty easily but not as big of a margin as last year.
- Heath
- Victor because his legs still arent back (just a guess, relax)
- Dexter added some size with the help of Charles Glass and always gets in shape.
- Greene because his condition will be slightly off
- Roelly because lets face it, its his first O and the judges make people pay their dues, in which case 6 is still a unbelievable accomplishment
- Branch. last year was afluke. He looks like shit, frankly speaking. Great guy, horrible shape and lines
Round out the top 11 with Hide, Haley and Freeman and Wolf

Hes definitely not ahead of schedule, thats for sure. But I think his arms look real big actually. Theyll look bigger with lower bf

Looks like he’s carrying a lot of bloat in his lower back. But that could (and almost certainly will) change coming into the show.
Kai 4 weeks out at 283 lbs. Pic quality sucks though…
I think Jay is gonna hang onto the title again, but with Kai and Phil at his heels this time. Not like last time where he won by a decent amount.

Some guys bring it together quickly the last month or so, I haven’t seen his previous progress for shows so this could be the norm for him but…
Yes he looks behind to me.
branch’s lat has looked like that for awhile now…I’m guessing it can’t be repaired…
