He recently said in MD that his back was never a problem but that maybe he wasn’t posing right.
I tend to agree. I never looked at his back and saw it as a lagging body part…and it damn sure isn’t one now.
The language barrier probably adds to some confusion, if there ever was some.
His back never looked bad. But when guys have arms like that, they just make everything else look inadequate. By itself his back didnt look bad at all. But their had to be a higher standard because it was attached to his arms.
Heath’s arms are perfect. His lack of chest width could be somewhat alleviated if he does certain poses (like the one on page 1) with his lungs full of air, like many of the old-timers used to do. In addition, he should not heed his trainer’s advice in not training arms. They’re one of his trademarks. Besides, in certain overhead poses, the bigger arms ALWAYS look better.

Yes I knew NOTHING about this guy two months ago but he is getting better so fast. I honestly think this guy is the future, he has all the attributes and seems like a guy who pretty much everyone would like so I imagine that his popularity is going to skyrocket after this Mr.O.
I think everyone is over rating winklaar, he has an awesome physique and I think he has better shape than some of the others but I think when he stands on the big stage he will be overshadowed, I think he will do well but not top 5.
I tip warren to come in a little off and not trouble the top 5 either, (just a hunch, maybe more cause I’m not a fan of his)
People seem to be writing off jackson, he is smaller but I really like hi. He might have a shot at taking his second sandow.
Cutler is the most likely in my mind but I would like to see his reign end.
I would really like to se Martinez back in form and I wouldn’t be surprised if he came in top 5
Wolf might make a come back too but I doubt it.
Who has the biggest legs out of this year’s competitors?
Why doesn’t Toney Freeman ever come top 3 at the Olympia?
I believe that Heath’s arms are around 23". Biggest legs I would guess Cutler or Kai. No idea why Toney doesn’t place better, he looks great.
Toney just never comes in as good condition as the other guys, he’s almost always soft from the back. Plus, being 6’2 on the olympia stage isn’t really an advantage when trying to break into the top 5. Too much space to fill out.

Dont count yaself out just yet buddy you can still make top 3 this year. just 4 days to manipulate water and sodium and u should fill out just nicely.
If Toney had the same proportions as some of last years top 6, being 6’2, he’d have to have a competition weight of like 310lbs. If he was 310-320 lbs, 6’2, and the same waist size, he’d win the olympia.
