congrats to Dex!
wooo!
congrats to Dex!

SWEET!!!
DEXTER JACKSON 2008 MR. OLYMPIA
dang I thought I’d be the first to post!
lol
I am happy with dex as the winner. Jay in second was a gift to him imo.
Silvio should have been ahead of anthony, besides those two I don’t necessarily disagree with the placings. I’m still a wolf fan tho.
I think next year with vic back in the mix, improved heath/wolf, that things will be veeeeery interesting
DG
All those years when LEVRONE should have won, and FLEX should have won, this is a changing of the guard, all the BS at the Olympia coming to an end!
Jay was fifth, and toney was at least forth. Phil and Dennis will continue to improve.
P.S. i’m finally in the 190’s Bitches, that’s 45lbs since 06’…i’m still a skinny fucker.

About Leo Ingram, I just find it fascinating that someone can be that ripped and still not show any ab separation. It shows that all humans do not have “six packs”. It also shouldn’t hold him back at all. Those tendons are not present in all people the way they are traditionally believed to be.
Ingram does indeed have the standard tendons running across his rectus abdomnis. Look at Ingrams website under Early Photos in the Photos section. You can’t see them anymore now because his stomach is too distended from years of going overboard with the insulin. No surprise he lost abdominal definition.[/quote]
His stomach has looked like that for years from the time he started competing. It’s nice that you somehow thought this just came up (down to specifically what you think he used in exactly what amounts). I wrote they don’t stand out the way they traditionally do and have written that about him on this site since 2001 at least.

AWESOME. The man has deserved it for years and no one thought it would happen because of his height.
It should be clear by now that they have changed their standards.

Seems that way. Aesthetics is making a return. Phil Heath, Dennis Wolf, Toney Freeman and Victor Martinez all represent that frame of thought. Next years Olympia is going to be really interesting.
Congrats to the Blade. Maybe he won’t retire after all.
I just saw the results and a few pictures. Dexter looked absolutely insane as always.
An amazing show, thought freeman had the better of wolf.
Delighted for dex.
Heath, first show - 3rd… Sick!!!
Gerdy man, you said it, next year gonna be crazy
Congratulations for Dex! Jay’s back is still super wide but his stomach looks too big. I thought Dennis should have had him.
Man, Phil Heath is impressive! 3rd at his first Mr. O!
Time for Dex to make some better training videos.

His stomach looks absolutely nothing like what it did when he first started competing. Look in the gallery for yourself, unless you are fucking blind. The distention is massive. Dude used to have a six pack. The pics are on the man’s own website. Good luck arguing with them. Insulin use in large quantities has been known to distend the gut in this manner.
Milos’ guys in particular (as an example, no he is not a Milos guy as far as I know) have been known to have issues with this cause of stomach distention. This is not a new or unknown occurence.
Dennis James, Silvio Samuel, etc have gotten away from Milos due to his aggressive insulin protocols. From his distention, it APPEARS he uses plenty. Especially with Ingram always showing up super full, but never ultra ripped.
Dex over Jay was understandable. Would have liked seeing Phil over Dex though. Dude has no calves. Phil just seems to have a more 3d look to him as well, but his time will come for sure.
Wolf was surprising. The main improvemnt seemed to be his arms instead of his calves and lower back where he needed them. Was showing some new stomach distention not there last year as well. Good thing is his structure should allow for him to grow further and dominate in the future.

Picture taken around 1998.
The man has to have light directly over him for you to see the separation of the tendons he has and it has been that way for over a decade.
For the record, I would put my random knowledge of bodybuilders up against anyone on this site.
Good to have you online right now. Look through his earlier photos. I am unaware of how to post pics on here as I just started with this forum shit, but you will see PLENTY of him with abs.

Like written above THE MAN HAS TO HAVE LIGHT DIRECTLY ABOVE HIM FOR YOU TO SEE SEPARATION OF THE TENDONS IN HIS ABS.
His tendons are not deeply set like you would see on most people in that condition. This isn’t new so accusing this man of particular drug use when the truth is you don’t have a clue what he does specifically is wrong.
On his website, under early photos in the photo section, third pic down, 11th pic down, 19th pic down, 21st pic down, and the last pic. Dude had abs. Now, they are harder to see with increased distention.
