19 Yr Old Just Starting Out

my height is 5’10 WEIGHT 258

I HAVE BEEN REALLY LIFTING FOR 1 1/2 months.
my best lifts so far are
deadlift: 320 for 1
squat: 320 for 2
bench is weak: 275 for 1
i lift 4 days a week. i love it and i am making gains every week…

Cool, what is the question that you are asking?

Just wanted to point out that bench is your best lift there, not your weakest. But yes I am also wondering the point of this thread. Congrats on discovering the awesomeness that is lifting weights

Oh, cool, you’re pretty strong for the amount of time you’ve been lifting. Your bench is very strong relative to your other lifts. I’d say that you deadlift should be stronger based on your squat, because unless you have some crazy anthropometry your deadlift should be higher than your squat.

What does your program look like?
