None of those people who told Austin to slow down seem to be making more progress than him at the moment.
Yep, and those that said “Keep on goin bro” are pretty much doing the same thing-- Consistently eat to gain, lift heavy and often.
I use Austin’s progress as a check on my own. I’ve been keeping up with him figuring that if I can keep at least even with a serious guy 20 years younger than me with probably twice the hormonal profile as me, I’m at least doing “OK” ;)
Don’t forget that Austin dieted down, dropped 30ish pounds I believe. It needed to be done and his progress has been improving dramatically ever since he did it.
True this, agreed with all of you guys…gained a lot of muscle bulking up, at least compared to the muscle I had the previous year, and then I needed to do a bit of a recomp and Way is right, I am making even better progress now…Next bulk is going to be a bit cleaner, but I definitely am not afraid to pack on the size.
I posted in the 18 inches thread a few months ago. Ive been hitting the gym hard and eating ALOT of food. Ive finally hit the 19 inch mark! Im 230 in this pic.
I was trying with the tape but it was taking to long so I said fuck and snapped a pic without.
Thanks guys! 19 inches is a big accomplishment for me. Ive never had a problem getting my arms to grow until they were 18 inches. 18-19 was some SERIOUS work. Im hoping to lean up a little more and stick around 19 inches.
I’ve been around the forums for a while and have been using Biotest products since 1999. I’m not really a “forum” guy, but like to chime in every now and then.
If there’s interest in how I train, eat, live the lifestyle, etc, I’d be happy to share my thoughts and philosophies.
Also, most of my training programs are athletically based, and I focus mostly on performance, which isn’t what this forum is based on. However, I get asked all the time if I’m a bodybuilder, proving that athletically-performance driven programs and “bodybuilding” nutrition do produce the aesthetic results most bodybuilders seek.
If anyone out there is interested in my approach, please feel free to ask.
