Whatever dude, those burger king arms probably can’t even curl 135!

Solid as hell dude. I’d also like to see pics of the big boys if they’ve got 'em! (PX, MODOK, etc).

Austin, hopefully you’ll be postin in here soon!
Yeah no doubt. A little more than a half inch to go and I’ll those 19’s, hopefully with six months time.

And I was just checking out the BOI and your Db curl numbers were looking impressive. Nice work.
Austin no one asked for you input you baby

 1. Yep. I wasn’t able to lift as long or as heavy because of that pain in forearm. I have actually geared my workout more towards squeezing the peak contraction which is how I figured this out. Even though am not going as heavy as I have in the past, the increased volume and the act of holding relatively “moderately heavy weight” for that peak contraction has also aided in more growth.

What happened to your forearm? I’m sure you have posted about it elsewhere considering you don’t elaborate but I am rather interested… I have an injury in my left forearm (not acquired through lifting) that has made certain movements impossible.

Definitely not an accomplishment at all to hit those milestones.
Awww cmon now. I’m not saying it isn’t an accomplishment, but I think there’s a certain level of development warranted for public bragging rights and I don’t think it includes 18".
What if the guy with the 17-18 inch arms is very short?

Bump! Finally hovering around 19 (with a triceps pump). Next: lean 19… or maybe husky 20. :stuck_out_tongue:

^ awesome biceps bro

lol…

While I find humor in your joke, some assface is now going to post some dribble about compounds giving you huge arms thinking you were serious.
I know this is going against the lastest surge of opinion, but curls are not something I do often. For instance, a staple movement I use for biceps is close grip (neutral or supinated) chins. I then use movements such as pullovers and deads for my back

LOL

Your avatar’s more impressive than you bicep pic. Either way knowing how tall you are makes it that more impressive. Good shit brotha.

Have a good laugh at pointing out the exception to the rule. Quiz everyone on here that reached 19" and the dudes in the 18" thread and I guarantee more of them got here by doing direct arm work than chinups.

Quite so, Spaghetti.
From now on, every sub-19’er will have to be an FFM provider for you.

FFM = FattyFatMacaroni ?

sorry if the pic is blurry, damn cell phone cameras. I usually sit around 19 inch daily, of course 1/2 inch larger atleast after arm days. I am 6’0", and 218, unknown body fat right now. In a cutting phase for a show in may

Ok now I’m considering doing more direct forearm work.

I got to 19" at 6’7" and 295, but then my testosterone crashed (Andropause). Now at 17" at age 56.

Message: if age > 40, check that T regularly!

19 inch arms? Mine are 23! Oh…circumference…

Thanks X!

I was curling 80-85lbs dumbbells when mine first hit over 18". That was about the time I injured my arm (something I finally cleared up by finding out how to pre-fatigue the brachioradialis before training biceps so now my arms are growing again).
