185lbs Snatch and Bar Crushing

competion in less than 18 days. trying to get 90kg before i taper off for the comp. Its almost like the bar is crashing on me

Looks really nice. The bar isn’t crushing you as much as you don’t stay as tight as you can at the bottom. You also catch the bar slightly forwards, hence you corrected it at the bottom and causes you to readjust your bottom position.

Your feet also looks narrow in the receive position, this doesn’t help you out but don’t change this now as you have 18 days till your comp. Work on this after your comp. I’d look to skip your feet out a bit wider on the receive.
