I am sure you are aware that especially on someone who is 6 foot 7, a 21 inch arm is absolutely gigantic. If they were fat boy arms that is still very impressive, difficult to believe if also claiming relative leaness.

Measured my arms today just to see how big they are. I measured them cold at 19.75 inches. Almost at the magic number.
