Eating is prolly not something you like doing (I’m the same, but you have to dry reach if you want to grow).
You need to eat AT LEAST 3,100 calories a day. Macro split something like 50%f/35%p/15%c - 40%f/40%p/20%c. Only go to gym once a week for no more then 30minutes. In that 30minutes you only need to do 2 sets of squats - 1x20 & 1x15 - Ass to grass. Every week increase the weight by 2.5kg. When you get to 90kg bodyweight ask for a new program. Don’t do any cardio, ever. If you see stairs, take the lift lol.
Size is proportional to calories. How much you are ‘allowed’ to train depends on how much you can eat, unless you want to get skinnier.
For a skinny guy who is not accustomed to eating, gaining weight (ala bulking) is the hardest and most difficult thing, but it’s worth it when you step on the scale every day and watch your weight slowly increase.
Your best weapon is milk. Hopefully you are not lactose intolerant and can drink it?; Drink 2-4L of milk a day (milk is cheap, $1/L). When you feel like a softdrink, get milk instead. When you feel like wanking just drink milk instead. When you feel like icecream…eat the icecream.

I’m only 155 pounds and 6’1". I have been lifting for just 3 months and noticed some improvements. Of course like everyone, I want more.
Can anyone help me out with a better workout routine and/or a better diet? I am able/do work out every day for about 1-2 hours. I just started using creatine about 3 days ago.
