What are your goals? And please don’t tell me you want to lean out.
I’m trying to gain mass and strength right now. Just finished my last routine which focused on just high weight sets at 6 reps per set and I’m a point where I’m looking for a new one. My Cardio could probably use some improvement too.

most places add estrogene into the cows system so they produce milk longer, same idea as birth control, (tricks the body into thinking its pregnant)
its chawked full of different hormons
(after all it is mothers milk) some that would be great for devolpment, but the shit they pump into the cow makes its way into the milk, ass well as everything else

well, the thing is, i believe that a lot of those case studies are backed with a bunch of bullpoop. i mean, of course they inject cows with crap, but i mean like their case studies stated crap like “97 percent of people who died of coronary disease drunk milk” lol
but seriously, ive drunk milk all my life, and still drink about 3/4 of a gallon a day. My nipples are as tiny as they always were, my voice isnt hella high etc… I buy organic so i dont know if all that garbage is in there. But you have to reckon that whatever you eat that came from a living creature would have to have some sort of hormonal things in it.
people say that drinking a cup of milk is worse than smoking a pack of cigarettes. u would have to hope that the fda would be crunching down on the farmers injecting the cows and junk, but now they are saying its ok to eat cloned food? i mean what the hell man…
anyways, i dont know if any of that made sense. it seems like i lost my ability to communicate in coherent sentences…

its a great mass builder tho
which is prolly where your getting your results from
high fat, liquid intake spells big gains,
but just like a synthtic weight gainer,
you cant over do it
that sounds expensive
but yes as you said, it spells big gains, which i why i am an advocate of milk consumption, especially when the lifter is really skinny.
i mean when you think about it, there are xenoestrogens in unfiltered water…and other crap like that.
meh theres gonna be estrogen in everything one of these days, having breasts might be an intresting switch though.

OP, Read the nutritional articles on this site, and eat as clean as you can every 2-3hrs, getting 1.5g of protein per lb of BW. Concentrate on developing perfect form for all compound lifts. Good luck and train hard…OK boys, continue the estrogen hijack…
