T-Nation is for people who want to increase their size and strength by packing on as much muscle as they can. Everyone on this site is pretty dedicated about getting bigger stronger or increasing their athletic performance.
You on the other hand seem perfectly content with how you are now. But you’re only 134lbs. See that’s why people are calling you a troll. And also because you actually agreed with Prof X’s comments. He was being sarcastic man.
By the way 200 lbs is NOTHING to some of the people on this site.
And if you use whey protein your coach might test you? Test you for what? If you don’t use steroids or anything then you have nothing to hide.
There was actually some good advice given in this thread. So if you’re interested in packing on muscle then stick around. It will help your performance in basketball. It will make you faster and jump higher.

That wasn’t a joke. I really watched that documentary and they were really stuffing themselves, vomitorium style, compared to this guy, fresh off the Body by Auschwitz program.

You seem like a level-headed young man and NO I’m not being patronising. What a lot of the older guys here are simply trying to tell you is that you are too thin to worry about abs. Bulk up, pack on about 50 or 60 pounds (some of which will be fat, its unavoidable) THEN lose the fat.
You can either be skinny as a stick or bulk up FIRST and then lean out. Those are your choices.
