I think you’re big enough already. Some of these guys are just meatheads and think everyone should weigh over 140lbs. Besides, you don’t want to get too big and bulky. Girls HATE guys with muscle mass.
well they like muscle, but yes your right, the bigger guys are intimidate them or something, im glad SOMEONE agrees.
and you said im big enough already ( thx ) but like i said i wanna get bigger abs, and maybe a little bigger arms so people can be like, wow, he looks good… u know? i just started taking vitamin c vitamins, will this stimulate my muscles to grow?
again, thx for those who were helpful.
Dude, this is a bodybuilding forum. You’re gonna get some of the best advice when it comes to muscle building on this site. And one of the big things many people don’t realize is that growing muscle is way too easy. Ladies think that if you have ripped abs, that’s cool and hot.
But if you start working with heavy weights, doing basic lifts… You might find yourself being a 200 pound monster meadhead in a matter of months. You won’t be able to live your life like normally, I assure you.
Take advice from Prof X seriously. He was once a 200 pound way-too-big guy. But he dieted down to 160 pounds, and now he has ripped abs, and the ladies love it.[/quote]

200lbs is way too big for a guy these days. All women want guys who are slim, trim and have rocking abs…like Ryan Reynolds or Tobey McGwire in Spiderman.
I am pretty sure most guys over 200lbs are just fat and overweight and will die of liver problems. Besides, you can’t even find anything to wear at Hot Topic if you build a bunch of bulky muscle.
Hysterical. Sarcasm at it’s finest. Had to Windex the coffee off my flatscreen.

Spend much time on your knees? Jesus, dude, it wasn’t that funny.

I just wanted to take a minute out of my day and express my heartfelt gratitude for your having saved me from creatine.
I don’t how I could’ve been so foolish as to place confidence in the fact that in a world where research yields such often conflicting results, creatine has a mountainous body of evidence in it’s favor.
I will definitely wait for the next 134lb kid looking for an ab routine to enlighten me before embarking on a such self destructive path in the future.

First, she’s a woman, not a dude. Second, she’d probably beat your ass.

Nice way to speak to a woman who has shown more character on this site than you could hope to have.

I get mood changes from it. Really, I think it is a mild steroid. My friends and I think you just piss it out anyway. The FDA is right, supplements are bad.

I lost a testicle, and one of my children have kidney problems because I used to take creatine before sex.

Ahh, see this is proof of a troll. Sorry, buddy, you clearly tipped your hand. You went a little too overboard with the “more prone to getting a heart attack” line. No complete beginner noob would just to THAT extent.
Now go away - you are not even an interesting troll.
LMFAO… I can’t believe his coach hasn’t tested him already. With arms and shoulders like that, he’s clearly on Test.
Thank you for saving my life by educating me on the dangers of creatine. I’ve immediately placed all supplements in biohazardous containers to be disposed.

Let’s forgive him this one time, guys. Humor is in the eye of the beholder. After all, he IS the master critic who holds the following opinions of comedy:
