You know you’re big when you can only wear lycra spandex; true freak status lol.

What is a floor press? Pardon the ignorance.
Lay on the floor and “bench press”. It limits your ROM to hit your pecs pretty hard.
exactly this
IME, perfect isolation on the chest without risk of shoulder injury
How do you get them into place?
set them right next to each other upright on a flat bench, scoot under flat bench so i am perpendicular with it, grab handles and lean back into position
Ah cool would have never thought of that. Thank you!
tail is between my legs. Just did 100’s for 6 nice clean reps. Not bad for a long arm dude that trains very high rep. gonna start lowering my reps and see what happens.

np, be sure to leave your ego at the door though…

130x3 for flat
120x5 for incline
After 110, the DB’s in my gym jumps 10lb. So I have to get stronger with 130s in order to jump to 140s. The heaviest DB is 150 and I’ve been setting my sight on it for a while 8)
Incline DB Press is my fav chest builder!
I always have a roll of duct tape and tape 1-5lb plate to each d.bell when I want an increase that isn’t in the rack.
Good idea! I never even thought about that.
Turn 120’s into 140’s with 2 10lb plates - ive used this for bench and rows with no issues.
EFTS Short Bands - I will warn that with metal plates/dumbells use only 5’s and if you want to add another plate use a second band around the whole thing - two plates will slip.
^^woah. Nice!
^Actually seeing the pic really conveys what a great idea that actually is!

this is the first time u guys have seen this? do you even lift? lol

lol, sorry, the gym’s I’ve trained at always had DBs heavy enough for my sorry strength levels ![]()
(of course there have been many instances where I honestly thought the end plates were gonna fall off mid set, they were so loose!)
S
Could you imagine grinding out a top set and having one of those plates slip out at the top?
Recipe for a destroyed nose and a blown out shoulder or two lol
Reminds me of the article about the guy DB Benching on the blow up ball and having it pop and crushing his chest with the DB.
Ooooooowwwwwwww!!!
