110kg Jerk of the Rack (BW 72kg)

putting on few pounds and having a coach at my back definately helped hopefully i can atleast total 200 in comp. Koing was right to get strong at a point you need to gain weight

Looked strong and fast. I think I mentioned in your other thread about doing a little mini dip before you go into your dip and drive, and you’re doing it here too. Just something to be aware of. And it almost looks like your back foot is angled outwards slightly after you split, if not straight ahead you want it angled inwards slightly, you should find it more stable.

Jerk looks strong OP and like TheJonty has mentioned I’d have called you out on the mini dip before you Jerk.
