100kg 1 Clean + 2 Jerk Attempt

jerks have been a weak link in my comp. So trying double jerks. Rare foot have been a problem! trying to fix it now

Like you say, that back foot should be straight ahead or if anything angled in a bit, but it seems you already know that.

You’re dropping your elbows when you dip. If you find you jerk better with your elbows dropped then do that, people are successful either way, but your elbows shouldn’t be moving around when you dip. Everything should be tight and static and controlled on the descent.

First jerk looked fairly snappy, but your elbows were a little spongy on the second; looks like you were a bit off on your timing, feet hit the ground before you hit full lockout.
