I follow Chris Aceto’s training philosophy [found in his Championship Bodybuilding book].

nice change with the leaness, although you need “deeper” ab work…id suggest use more weight with ab training, just a thought. :stuck_out_tongue:

Looking good, nice vascularity. What is your diet like? I’d load up on weight too as suggested by LOBO69, can we get a back shot and some shots of your wheels?

Sorry guys,

This is the only pic I have of my legs… they are my lagging BP…

They are just 24" since I cut my BF, they were larger before.

I am squatting 160kgs for reps, but I have also started very high volume as outlined in one of your articles on here, where I squat 60kgs for 3.30mins+ on each set. hopefully this will bring them up.
