You’re using a lot of different terms. You say “1 lift 5 days a week” but then you say both “PPL” and “full body”. Can you give us an example of what you think a week might shake out to look like?
I think I’ve done exactly what you are talking about - 5 30 minute workouts, I trained the full body each session in circuit form. I loved it, had good results, and have a writeup here if you are interested.
