Anyone do a full body 5 days a week?
Short on time. Workout has to be less than 30 minutes
1 push, 1 pull, 1 leg exercise 5 days a week.
Should be able to use max effort and volume at end of week be the same as standard plans

I did a full body 5 day a week program when I ran Easy Strength. It’s a push, a pull, a hinge, a loaded carry, and some sort of ab work.
I actually combined it with Mass Made Simple, which meant I’d have a squat and barbell complexes every 3rd day.
Fullbody just seems better for a busy life. You miss a day you are good you already hit a full body a couple times a week
You’re using a lot of different terms. You say “1 lift 5 days a week” but then you say both “PPL” and “full body”. Can you give us an example of what you think a week might shake out to look like?
I think I’ve done exactly what you are talking about - 5 30 minute workouts, I trained the full body each session in circuit form. I loved it, had good results, and have a writeup here if you are interested.
1 Push 1 Pull and 1 Leg is full body if you do compound exercises
I dont isolate anything. No point unless you are lifted for a comp

This I do not agree with.
No problem. Everyone has there opinion. I just see alot of people curling 50s that can’t row 225. But I have never seen a person that can row 235 not be able to curl 50s
is all im saying.
I’m thinking there is quite a bit of value in isolation when it comes to strengthening the muscles that improve the big lifts. I’ve been doing band pull aparts since 2008, and they’ve been very helpful in getting my rear delts stronger to support bigger pressing.
