Zraw's First BBing Show

Pics of side triceps to illustrate what I mean

Side triceps, torso not turned so much. Hamstring small but visible

Side triceps 2

Upper body turned way more, looking way better imo… but hamstring is inexistant…

My main concern is coming in as shredded as I can and bring up my hamstrings. Since i’m entering a novice only competition, I’d need to win the overall to qualify for the provincials (equivalent of regionals for you guys I think) so coming in dryer than everyone else will be a “must” if I want to have a chance[/quote]

Are you able to put up a training split and/ or typical diet? No probs if that is confidential, interested in how you are prioritising hams at the mo, know JM is a fan of partials and high reps.

Also, how much do you weigh and what are some numbers you are putting up? Appreciate JM doesn’t focus on weight per se, but is interesting to me nevertheless.

RDB looking far leaner than page 1, good job.

Good condition for this far out. One of the good things about a show is it shows, in blinding light sometimes, your weaknesses. I’m sure with John leading the way you will be able to make some progress on the Hamstrings, especially after the show when you can get aggressive with the calories.

Looking phenomenal for the most part though, dont let that one thing get you down at all. Your abs are going to look absolutely sick when you are sliced and diced.

Training split is currently :

Monday : Cardio morning fasted
Tuesday : Arms/Abs/Calves morning Cardio night
Wednesday : Off - Skipload
Thursday : Legs early pm - Cardio night
Friday : Chest/Shoulders early pm - Cardio night (sometimes off)
Saturday : Cardio morning fasted
Sunday : Back

We havent started to really do anything specific for hams, reason being I think JM is pretty confident that his methods will work on bringing my hams up but yes its more like high reps and partials and having a “burn” feeling in them

As far as diet is concerned, Skip works with macro and then I just use whatever food I like

I typically have :
Meal 1 Eggwhites + 1 slice Ezekiel bread + natural peanut butter + banana
Meal 2 (post workout) : Shake + frosted flakes
Meal 3 (1hour post workout) Chicken + rice
Meal 4 : Some type of fish cooked in olive oil (or a protein shake if im in a hurry)
Meal 5 : Horsemeat + almonds
Meal 6 : Shake + olive oil

I cant really give specific macros or quantities though… Im currently at about 2800 cals

My weight currently is around 190-195 depending on when I had my skipload, I was 200 not long ago and will most likely go back up in weight for obvious reasons… As far as strenght is concerned I really havent put a lot of focus on that lately tbh… I havent benched in like… 3 years lol…

I know I can :
Squat 405 x 6
Incline db press 115 x 14
DB shoulder press 115 x 8
Rack deadlift 525 x 6

I use lower weights now working with JM though, and I like it haha

Thanks for the comment man!

I think fixing posing will make my hams look 100x better though so this is good. And then obviously having JM on my side will help me as im sure i’ll be able to improve them in the next few weeks!

you are one aesthetic motherfucker

thanks for the detailed response.

You’re looking good. Keep it up.

You will be ready for sure! 17 weeks…you will be insane!

I certainly hope so as the goal is to win :stuck_out_tongue:

John’s arm workouts are insane… I get some nasty pumps! So much blood in the triceps and biceps that I cant even see the different ends when flexing… lol…Never had such pumps before…

you’re looking a lot leaner already, any idea of where your measurements are at?

You look solid in the pictures Zraw. I think the only area I’d really focus on bringing up are the hamstrings (after a quick once over). The other proportions look solid and you’ll want to add “depth” to your legs from the side. Good hamstrings are hard to come by, which is why a lot of the pro’s with big wheels are respected for it.

Keep it up.

I wanna be Zraw when I grow-up

Arms : 17.1
Chest : 45
Waist : 32
Thights : 24.3

Im not sure im taking thights at the right spot though… everyone’s measurement seems to be so much bigger lol…

Chest im alone to take it so meh
