Zraw's First BBing Show

You look solid in the pictures Zraw. I think the only area I’d really focus on bringing up are the hamstrings (after a quick once over). The other proportions look solid and you’ll want to add “depth” to your legs from the side. Good hamstrings are hard to come by, which is why a lot of the pro’s with big wheels are respected for it.

Keep it up.[/quote]

Yes hamstrings are what I need to bring up

Allthough yesterday I realized how to pose properly and they look a ton better, will post update pics this sunday

You’ll be better than that

So there is a 14days difference between the left and the right pic… And TWO arm workouts with John Meadows between both pics… lol -_-

Looking good Zraw. Have fun working with Meadows, seems to be a theme around here.

Honestly, that’s ridiculous. You’re going to tear up this show. The combination of genetics, knowledge, hard work + outstanding coaches for both training and nutrition. I’m really excited to see how this goes.

Thanks to both of you guys! I’m enjoying Meadows workouts and I do hope I can come in looking great at the show

Pic quality sucks and waylander made me realize I still dont put my feet together to push out the ham even more but I was still pushing it out with my knee on this pic. I still think its my weakest bodypart but it doesnt look as bad as it did on all my previously posted pics… i think haha

Thats a better pose there, you can see a bit of the hamstring hanging out down there.

Z,
You look excellent!

Have you really tried mashing your back knee into your front leg? Get your feet together (toes of front foot positioned beside heel from back foot), push your back knee into your front leg, and try not to “sit” into the pose.

Play around with it and you’ll be surprised how much more mass will suddenly appear on your ham on the front leg. Done correctly will even make your calf look bigger.

I know what you mean ive played around with exactly that in front of mirrors last night with both feet together and it does look a lot better haha, i’ll try to take quality pics this weekend or next week to see if I am managing to somewhat grow and hit the poses better! Thanks for the feedback

Meadows has me doing a lot of high reps then partial stuff and also focus a bit more on the “inner ham” is what he had me do last leg workout by having both feet together (heels together…) while doing lying legcurls last time

Is the high-rep work in addition to (like after) your heavy, low rep sets?

Skip doing your diet and John Meadows doing your training…

… I am SO FUCKING JEALOUS

Depends, sometimes its one last set with high reps to partials or dropsets, sometimes its lots of semi high reps sets lol

Great pic, really shows where you’re at in terms of size, and current conditioning. If you didn’t have the coaches you have in your corner, I’d caution against excessive muscle loss, but I know they won;t let that happen. Gonna be dry n grainy come game day, no doubt.

Looking like a monster.

Yeah thats the thing I would hate the most to happen but I think the chances of that happening are pretty slim, I think I’ll actually be packing on muscle pretty much all along during this prep!
