Zraw's First BBing Show

Im still not sure wether to kind of do a vacuum on this pose or to contract the abs… I’ll have a pretty small waist come showtime this I know and this is why im semi considering doing it vacuum style…

Opinions?

Need to contract left leg as hard as right leg haha. Its easy to spot on all front pics

I need to watch out on this pose to not have my front delts come “forward” too much I think

This pose looked much better last week :expressionless:

I think this pose is getting better but still needs a lot of work.

Im unsure which side to hit it though. Both legs are pretty much on par but my left pec looks a bit bigger/fuller. On the other hand my right arm/delt look a bit better… lol

Same kind of problem here

Left pec and triceps long head look better on the left (this pic) but lateral head looks better on the right… lol

Looks like in the side poses you could mash the leg closest to the audience in more to your rear leg. Side chest looks like you could pull your elbow a little further back to close that gap of space between your arm and body and open up the chest a little more. MM is looking insane man. I think the front db would look good with a vacuum or one leg slightly out.

Looks like you are leaning back just a hair too much in the front lat… On the rear poses it looks like the leg with the calve spiked the knee could point out away from you a little more to make the stance look more even, so your torso doesn’t have that little angle. You are gonna kill it man, and at the end of the day you are going to have to figure out what looks best and works best for you, I am by no means an authority on perfect posing haha. Keep it up looking forward to this!

Just to add to this, on the side chest pose your rear hand is clasped on the bottom of your front hand instead of on top as Heath demonstrates here.

Good work man keep it up.

Omg lolll thats why it felt so awkward, didnt even realize. Thx!

I cant wait to start doing JM’s workouts omg.

I had a full week off last week and this week is an easy week. Ive been playing with some of the upcoming exercises and intensity techniques but with low warmupish weights and I was still getting a massive pump and felt my muscles so much better on some of these exercises (never felt my lats as well as I just did with low weight meadow rows from any rowing movement)

This will be fun

So I just finished this week’s skipload and tomorrow is the real start of my prep training with John Meadows!

Everything else will be in full force starting saturday july 14th

Here is what my load looked like today

â??4 poptarts
16 rice krispies
355ml redbull
185g oven baked potato chips bag
2 x 185g gummies
500ml Monster energy drink
500ml Brisk
6 low fat donuts
2 low fat waffles with honey (i was gonna make this my last meal and go for 10 but didnt have any maple syrup left omg wtf)
500ml 7up
1 kraft diner box

And also a pic of what I looked like post load

how much does your weight tipically fluctuate with skiploads, and when does your weight normally return to baseline?

Currently 3-4 pounds, I look my best 2-3 days post load and I baseline 3-4-5 days after the load, usually

This is just awesome man, I’m 20 years old and inspired. It’s threads like these that make me want to diet harder and lift harder as well. I like how you brought those photos out from four years back. Great progress man. It’s awesome to see other peoples’ progress. It will be great when I’m in that position and can look at the things you did bro.

teach me how to badger?

Lol, wait until your post show binge. Noting cooler/creepier than a totally distended gut, with zero fat, and veins cobwebbed all over the huge bulbous thing!

Very cool to hear! I hope I can keep this thread somewhat interesting and detailed enough so that it can help or motivate a few people!!
