Couple of pics I took this morning, wont post them all

I think my side chest pose is getting better haha

I will be taking the full week off as im going to Cuba for the week, then will take a 1week light training and then its gonna be blasting time with JMs program


I think the way I hit my pose from the back with legs a bit wider and feet at an angle it makes my leg look a bit better and wider…

Will work on figuring out how to hit it best

Hey! Ive been working with him for about a year and a half but I was on the Econ plan which wasnt exactly the same thing as when he preps people. But working with him isnt new. Which is good imo cause he kinda know how I react to certain stuff

Okay that’s awesome then, means that your prep will go all that much smoother.

Going to see what happens really… dont know if im gonna grow into prep a lot or not… so kinda hard to judge

Categories are 176-185 and then 185-197… currently 200 on pics so if I dont grow I’d aim for the top of the 176-185

Then again in an 8weeks spawn ive lost so much fat and only dropped 4-5 lbs so… idk

I agree that having the legs a bit spread and knees angled out definitely makes your legs look bigger from the rear.

Also, what country do you live in? If the US, how do you plan on going to Cuba? I’ve always wanted to go (I’m half Cuban).

If JM can get improvements in you like Way has for his Back Thickness… you’ll look insane.

I like your MM, your lats, shoulders and quads make you look huge in that pose.

Anyway you look pretty damn good, ill definitely be following to see what you look like on contest day.

You’ve still got time, but the consensus is to always try and be at the top of a weight class. Sure, it may involve a bit of suffering, but appearing the largest guy onstage, AND in shredded condition will always work in your favor.

Yeah I’ll need to work on how to place my legs/feet the best for back shots

Im from Canada so going to cuba is not a problem. I dont know how a US citicizen would go about going there though, which sucks cause the cuban beaches are amongst the nicest for trips at such low prices.

If you somehow found a way to go there, change your US $ to CAN$ first because the US devise goes for not much in Cuba

Thats what i’d try to do. Its just really hard to gauge as ive never dieted for a contest before and also dont know how much I would need to lose and how much muscle I’ll add during the prep. Im not too worried though considering the guys im working with

Im just not used to seeing myself do that pose I guess lol! I usually see my waist look very small and this pose makes it look bigger cause of where my arms stop and where my lats start (if this makes any sense…? lol i dont know how to phrase it better)

Putting one pic of every pose now. I consider this to be the real start of my prep as I’m back from vacation and didnt really care what I was eating while in cuba (I didnt eat like a fatass either though, just didnt pay as much attention to macros as I normally would. I also had about 4 drinks per day and 1-2 icecream desert everyday (lol))

All these pics are after a full week off from training and off pretty much everything… lol (if you have questions about this you can ask but I wont go ahead and talk about things im not asked about concerning drug use. I also dont pretend to be necessarily doing what should be done in that department or whatever)
