Thx my man!

I just want to let everyone know that…if things go as planned… I decided I’m going for a national qualifier/procard.

Obvi thats not a 2013 goal.

Man, you dried up nicely… and quickly! Abs are really sharp. Looks like your arms came up a bit as well. You now look more balanced all over.

Obi-Wan-Drynobi in that video. Triceps looks mad striated.

Side-tricep looks fucking insane

thx guys!

Im today and tomorrow im getting more carbs yay!! after that its depletion time :frowning:

WOW!!

Been lurking in this thread since it was created, and I think it’s time to come out of the shadows and congratulate you on your progress. Looking absolutely sick mate. Can’t believe how much your hamstrings ‘pop’ in your side poses now; I’m sure that’s both a combination of growth and improving your posing. Best of luck with the competition.

Quick question regarding your carb loads. I think I read that you eat high GI stuff like gummy bears, low fat waffles/pancakes and the like for your feeds. Curious to know why you don’t throw some simple liquid carbs in there like malto/dextrose? Or does skip not recommend doing that?

Thanks for the comment

The goal of the skipload is to eat as much as you want, not to overeat or hit a certain number. Malto/dextrose would defeat the purpose

I just caught up on the last few days of comments. Lots of things.

Firstly, very very well done. You look great, and you just keep looking better and better.

Secondly, I really respect your openness and ‘real’-ness. Outside of the occasional “I can’t really talk about it” (which you’re even open about), there’s absolutely zero BS. You have a rightfully earned sense of pride, but not a bit of arrogance.

Thirdly, you’ve obviously leaned back toward Biotest after trying to do things yourself. That’s a very strong endorsement. Clearly you’ve found their products/formulations to work great for yourself. However, it makes me wonder if Biotest products work better for “advanced” lifters. Do you think the difference between Biotest and generic would also be significant for “beginner” lifters?

Finally, you’ve discussed delt and leg training a lot, both in this thread and others. I haven’t seen anything about lat/back training (maybe I missed it.) Would you mind expounding on it? Or pointing me in a particular direction? (besides JM’s article)

Wow, the progression in this thread has just been phenomenal.

Obviously, size and conditioning is great, but the posing has really come a long way as well.

How are you feeling with the ab/thigh? I personally think it looks good, just curious though.
