Do you know what that set up will look like? I remember him posting this as his higher frequency split:
Sat - brutal Legs Sun - brutal chest/shoulders Mon - brutal back (not lower)
Tues - not so brutal legs w/ lower back Wed - not so brutal chest/shoulders
Thurs â?? arms Fri - upper back

Even with super supplements though I feel like recovery could be an issue. Idk, I’m always back and forth between some guys like Meadows and Thibaudeau talking about doing stuff every day and then others like Dante, Big A, IronAddict strongly advocating just 3-4 days/week with moderate volume saying any more than that will really hamper results. Especially when cutting (which I’m doing until Saturday) even though I know Meadows was doing something like 8 workouts per week in his most recent prep.
I dont know what the split will be, no! I do plan on using a lot of Plazma/Anaconda whatever though, as I do feel it helps recovery a lot (this makes me sound like a sellout but I was one of the most skeptical i think)

Meadows used 8x/week during his prep and did 0 cardio yeah

I dont know whaty the split will be sry :frowning:

Lots of people have made comments about assistance.

Can I say that I feel it is a bit insulting towards ZRAW?

ZRAW has clearly worked his tail off in the gym and the kitchen to get the size and conditioning he’s achieved.

End Rant
Hey man! While Indo appreciate the support i dont really feel like anyone has talked abiut this in a negative way, or tried to insinuate im not working hard

I honestly feel like im just doing everyhing as they should be done. From training to food to supps

The only thing id change in this prep is I wouldve used Biotest stuff sooner for periworkout

Thx!

I dunno, I really haven’t seen anyone bringing it up in a negative fashion, or trying to take anything away from what he’s accomplished.

Anyone claiming it’s “all drugs” etc etc is obviously an idiot, but it’s also silly to pretend that it doesn’t make quite a difference, and I’ve seen Zraw be the first to admit that, he’s been fairly open about it.

I think you’re right that people trying to put down users as not having had to work as hard does happen a lot, but I think IN THIS THREAD I haven’t seen anyone be insulting about it, and I think it’s actually a good thing to be able to talk about it openly, without there being negative connotations associated with it, especially on a more mainstream site like this.

yolo84 wrote:
ridiculous post. it makes a huge difference ffs. it’s extremely relevant.

bizarre you have brought this up no one has been negative to OP in whole thread.

zraw - looking good keep it up.
I definitely agree it makes a difference, definitely not disputing that.

It’s possible I took some posts the wrong way, it wasn’t so much that they were outwardly negative, but that they seemed to negate the hard work that is involved to achieve ZRAW’s physique even with assistance.

I am glad no one else viewed them negatively.

Maybe I am just overly sensitive, lol.

My goal was simply to emphasize the work he has put into this contest prep.

I can see how certain posts could be viewed as such but everyone’s been so supportive and positive with this prep/thread that I didnt take it negatively

On a different note, im now at the point where i feel like shit
I tested at 2.9%bf this morning lol… Sent Skip some pics, he said I was rdy and that all was left to do was fill me up and move water

Obviously, high estrogen levels from Roids.

Just wanted to pop in and say, this is the best part of BBing. The hard work and discipline and following the dramatic changes.

I love following along with these contest prep threads. To me, this part is the craftsman chiseling away at the marble, then working ever finer tools slowly revealing the work underneath. No politics. No subjective judges. Just you pushing to see how finely you can hone your blade.

Incredible journey. Thanks for letting us tag along.

Work is pretty much done now, just need to play with water

ITS ON

thx to everyone that followed this journey!

dude, sort of off topic, but your avatar reminds me of this:

I mean that as a compliment

Contest is this week or next?

Next

You’re ready!

Please be sure someone takes pics at the show, then post 'em here.

We need this saga to end picture perfect!

You look ready to me. Very good condition and good posing but I’m hardly an expert.

Tell us a bit more about your off-season plan. We know about Meadow but anything else planned?

I also wanted to bow my head to you for showing people what can be done when you set a clear goal and do everything needed to get there (research who the right people are, hire those people, research chems & take them accordingly, be open to criticism like posing and acting on it, etc.). Well fucking done, sir!!

ps: Btw, I think your thread is THE single best ad for getting on a bicycle ever. I mean, am I the only one who wants to do “it” more with every post Z makes?!? haha
Hey man! Thanks a lot for the comment

Ok here we go for offseason :

1st off, my offseason will last more than a full year. Between 14 to 16 months depending on if i can win the overall in 12 days or not (winning would qualify me for provincials 2013-2014, id do 2014. Not winning id have to do a show at the end of march 2014. Just DOING the sow gets you a qualifier so I wouldnt peak for it lol)

Training : ill be working with John all offseason and prep. Firat goal will be to bring my back up. I want to turn into into a “wow wtf” bodypart. Arms will have a lot of focus put on too. After that well… we will see where im at

I know JM wants me on a 8x/week prog. I have time for that and recovery wont be a problem, esp with Plazma (it really does make a difference allother things being equal)

Diet wise ill go by myself using a kinda carb cycling approach with a few cheat meals per week (2-3). If its not going too well ill go back with Skip. One thing for sure here is that i wont be lettingmyself go too soft.

A first for me will also be to NOT go on a “cut” for summer

Overall im hoping to add 10-12lbs of stage weight given the circumstances etc etc

Hope this answers your question.

Oh btw ill def go back to using Biotest products peri workout. The difference between how a “homemadr” carbs + peptopro + glycerol vs plazma is crazy… and I went at it thinking it would be the exact same thing
Wrong
Lately, I’ve been using 50g HBCD, 30g di/tripeptide CH, and 10g citrulline, and some celtic sea salt. I’m wondering how this is soo much different from anaconda and stuff? Not including plazma, cause that stuff must be ridiculous.

I obviously will

Im getting updates almost every day for you guys!

I feel like there isnt enough very very detailed prep threads where you can see someone go flat and then load and then adjust and flush water etc etc

you guys will get that in thius thread

Just not the full details of what is going on with Skip as far as load protocl and water protocol, obvi

First video that I feel shows my conditionning correctly

Legs look smallish cause of angle + depletion I guess haha
