It’s quite deceiving how big you’re triceps actually are as shown in the just for fun pic, your side tricep pose really doesn’t do them justice imo. I’m thinking your masssive delts are a contributing factor to this but let’s be honest, it’s not the worst problem in the world to have
Inspiring progress, and I’ll take you up on your challenge, I’m sure you won’t mind me having a 2 month headstart however I am at a disadvantage with no Biotest supps OR horsemeat
*or meadows or skip and no bicycle… You know what forget about it
Yeah my delts are the reason why they dont look as good in the side shot for real
They are growing though and dont look “as behind” as they did before so i just need to give them time, “problem” is my delts are growing too hahha
You’re gonna have to do an atrophy spec cycle for your delts… Haha. For training video I’d say either chest/shoulder’s day (just cause I wanna see your form for shoulder work since your shoulders are fucking crazy) or leg day (because it’s leg day).
BTW - did you start really training your side and rear delts from the beginning or did you have to play catch up with them. And did you use a lot of volume with side/rear or did you always just have a balanced approach to training shoulders? Basically, I just wanna know how the hell you got your delts to gett so goddamn full.

I did DC trainign for 2 years… in DC training there is no side or rear delt exercises so I had to play catch up
Not an awfull lot of volume but a lot of reps per set i’d say
There’s a video of partial lateral raises 4-5 pages ago iirc

If this guy is gonna keep posting about his training and diet offseason, this thread should def be stickied. One of the best thread on the bbing forum
Oh and btw, I will be going into this 14 months offseason just as seriously as I went into this prep.
I plan on being the one on this site that will experience the most growth!

From what I have seen here on TN, you will easily win this. Now if we can convince Stu to hop on a bicycle, you might be in trouble.

lmao! Believe me, I’ve had way too many emails from people informing me just how much quicker I’ll bounce back from my injury with a little PED assistance!
ZRAW: been great watching your transformation from the onset. I use that term because you haven’t been the typical “I’ve got some size, now I’ll diet down and see what I’ve got” competitor. You have undoubtedly make very impressive gains in LBM all during your prep, and even in the best of circumstances, that requires knowledge, discipline, and outright balls.
Wishing you all the best from now up to game day, and most certainly in hitting your offseason hard and coming back to the stage again to dominate yet again.

Wow. Thanks a lot man thats an awesome message for me to read, it brought a smile on my face
Back when you started your prep threads I didnt post much but you are the first guy I “followed” during prep and thru this prep/thread I always had what you accomplished in the back of my mind so thank you for the motivation you brought me, even though you were not aware of it
Coming out of the woodwork and jumping on the bandwagon to say awesome job man. Don’t really know anything in else in my vocabulary to describe it. Looking forward to your results.

Have you thought of making a training video? Like going through one entire chest workout, or back, etc. ?
Would you like that? I could arrange
I’ll let you guys decide what day though, cant do that all the time, sucks for the guy holding the camera haha
1)Chest/shoulders + few sets of tris/back
2)Legs
3)Arms
4)Back
I’d say day 1, the chest/shoulders day + tris/back. Seems the most bang for our buck in seeing how you execute exercises for multiple body parts, and showcases your strongest part (delts). That’s my vote. Maybe even some commentary over the video, if that’s your thing lol
ThAnks yall!! It feels great to have your support!
As far as vids are concerned ill do my best!
@Oxen if you go on my channel there’s a bb curl hammer curl superset with fatgripz and a 3sec negative on bbcurls
Was set 5/6 so form isnt 100% sadly ;(
On the abs/thigh, as you bring your arms up as you go into the pose, lift the rib cage high, then while keeping the ribs high, blow out the air in the lungs and crunch down hard on the abs/serratus while keeping the torso elongated and ribs high.
I personally think this looks better, because when you crunch down and shorten the distance between the ribs and hips it tends to bunch up the skin (even when lean) and you lose some definition, but when you keep the ribs high and stretched, everything is there to show off.
Just my opinion, you may want to give it a try.
New avi looks sick
Challenge accepted.
I’m up 15-16 pounds from my contest and still pretty lean. However, my physique is still no match for yours.
