Legs are unflexed cause fucking flash wouldnt come out and I was unable to hold the pose for 6seconds (not even exagerating lol)
Oh and btw, I will be going into this 14 months offseason just as seriously as I went into this prep.
I plan on being the one on this site that will experience the most growth!

It’s quite deceiving how big you’re triceps actually are as shown in the just for fun pic, your side tricep pose really doesn’t do them justice imo. I’m thinking your masssive delts are a contributing factor to this but let’s be honest, it’s not the worst problem in the world to have ![]()
Inspiring progress, and I’ll take you up on your challenge, I’m sure you won’t mind me having a 2 month headstart however I am at a disadvantage with no Biotest supps OR horsemeat
*or meadows or skip and no bicycle… You know what forget about it
I second what he said about triceps ^
I looked through the pictures and thought they were lacking a bit, then saw the just for fun picture and was like “Holy shit”
god you are fucking huge. stop it
hey man, any idea of where your measurements are at now?
Have you thought of making a training video? Like going through one entire chest workout, or back, etc. ?

How do you plan on judging that?
Because I’d probably accept, if I wasn’t starting 6-ish years behind you… but I’ll challenge the “more growth in 14 months”, if there’s a good way to judge it. Worst case scenario, we both win.
(There’s nothing like the motivation of an e-challenge, lol)

Would you like that? I could arrange
I’ll let you guys decide what day though, cant do that all the time, sucks for the guy holding the camera haha
1)Chest/shoulders + few sets of tris/back
2)Legs
3)Arms
4)Back

I stopped taking them to be honest, except waist which is 32 at the hips fully relaxed

Agreed, I dont think they look as weak as they did in my side triceps shot now though… but I need to find what im not doing right to really make them look pretty sharp

Yeah my delts are the reason why they dont look as good in the side shot for real
They are growing though and dont look “as behind” as they did before so i just need to give them time, “problem” is my delts are growing too hahha

If this guy is gonna keep posting about his training and diet offseason, this thread should def be stickied. One of the best thread on the bbing forum

From what I have seen here on TN, you will easily win this. Now if we can convince Stu to hop on a bicycle, you might be in trouble.
Btw, is your long-term goal to have a physique like Cutler & co or something less extreme?

I’ll be working with meadows all offseason
I will never be like cutler or heath and I know this just by looking at where they were when they were pretty new to bbing
Goal would be to end up looking kind of like antoine vaillant

You’re gonna have to do an atrophy spec cycle for your delts… Haha. For training video I’d say either chest/shoulder’s day (just cause I wanna see your form for shoulder work since your shoulders are fucking crazy) or leg day (because it’s leg day).
BTW - did you start really training your side and rear delts from the beginning or did you have to play catch up with them. And did you use a lot of volume with side/rear or did you always just have a balanced approach to training shoulders? Basically, I just wanna know how the hell you got your delts to gett so goddamn full.
