Meal 1 - multi v
Meal 2 - 2vit C 1vit B 100mg complex
Meal 3 - same as 2
Pre bed ; zma, vit d 5000iu 2calcium
2fish oil with all solid meals

Well I just got done with a biceps triceps workout today after receiving a box from Biotest and it felt great!

They also sent me a cute little kitchen digital scale, and I was actually needing one, yay

In a perfect world I’d work with Meadows and Biotest during the complete offseason for the provincials in 2014! I had forgotten the difference in product quality/taste/mixability

If you want to get your name out there, I think you should try to make a well-cut sequence of different bits and pieces - a mix of training scenes, posing, meal prep, and some funny stuff (like Antoine). More work of course but maybe worth it.

Otherwise post some posing in your trunks and oiled up in the MIDDLE of the gym.

Hey man! Cut sequence was already something Inwanted to do but it takes time cause well… you need many sequences hahah

The trunks make me look so much better imo… My upper legs are good so having them show is great! Also makes me look way less wide
