what would you say your genetic strengths are (eg. body parts, leaness, strength, etc)?
what body parts do you plan to focus on the most after your show?
I would say it’s a tie between his smile and his eyebrows.
Loll what the hell you’re the third person commenting about my eyebrows so I’ll ask as I dont know if thats sarcastic or not… whats with them? -_-
you have majestic eyebrows.
I can’t believe how lean you’ve got on 300g of carbs!

Im not really depleted that much before I do my skiploads because of that haha… I eat about 1600-1800g of carbs but only gain ~2 lbs for the following day
I know you train like John Meadows now but do you think that beginners should focus on gaining strength using basic progressive overload or could they just do mountain dog training from the beginning

I think a begginer would benefit from getting stronger at first to be able to reap the benefits of MD training
A begginer will need to be able to develop mind muscle connections and also be able to really push the intensity up before doing MD training, IMO.
Im happy ive done DC before MD training as I feel it really helped me both with strenght and “pushing yourself to failure”
Cals have been reduced by a bit over 500 for workout days and about 700 on my off day (i dont count skipload day)
Cardio upped to 8 x 45mins for the next 2weeks
lol
Wow, that’s a pretty huge shift to happen so suddenly. Did Skip think you were a bit behind?
I have to say based on the recent couple of pages of photos you did lose a bit of definition, but I think that was the plan if I remember right (you had time to gain before the show)
This will definitely drop some fat… The photos in 2-3 weeks should be quite dramatic.
Rootin for you zraw! Thanks for the motivation.

I dont think he thinks im behind but I didnt ask
Indeed the plan was to have me gain a bit as I was too lean around the 14weeks out mark or something (I didnt check but thats what I can remember). BUT, I would say im currently at my leanest, the thing is there was a point where I changed the angle of the pics and from where they were taken. That new angle and positionning is bad lighting and doesnt make me look too good, imo (but thats ok with me I rather be better irl than on pics than the other way around)
I posted a backshot 2-3 weeks ago from the “old” angle and lighting and from that pic you can tell I was pretty lean… and ive gotten way leaner in the past 2-3 weeks
I think what I’ll do for this week is take 2 sets of pics. One with the angle im currently using and one with the angle I was using when I started posting pics
As far as the high cardio increase is concerned we’ve done that before, adding more cardio for the 2weeks off clen
God damn you are vascular the now, gonna be scary to think what you will look like come comp time.

I’m hoping I can make these fuckers come out a lot more! The lighting I use for the weekly pics sucks for veins display though
Oh and I was mistaken… I get two weeks of 10 x 45mins cardio… per week
It must be the karma punishing me for saying prep was kinda easy

Has Skip explained why he has you doing so much cardio? Is there an advantage to doing 10 lots of cardio per week (!) over dropping calories some more?
EDIT: Meant to say that this thread has been one of the best on this site as of late. I’ve learned a lot and it’s enjoyable to see someone improve so much in a short space of time.

How many weight sessions on top?
What kind of cardio is this?
Is your home close to both your gym and work or do you do cardio at home? How many hours do you work?
What time do you wake up to fit this all in?

Skip believes in cardio cycling, going 2weeks very high cardio and three weeks going lower
We do the very high sessions # when im off clen and using yohimbine, when im on clen I just do 5 x 30mins
He wrote a full article about cardio cycling if you wanna search for it just type Kenneth Hill cardio cycling in google. Its gonna be 2nd link

5 weight training sessions
Low intensity steady state cardio (some of them are fasted morning)
I work fulltime job 40hours/week. I work in a gym though
What I do during the week, I open the gym at 6am so I wake up at 4am, go to the gym and do cardio from 4h45 to 5h30am, then I shower at the gym and then open it.
I finish work at 2pm, go do my weight training session, go eat, and go do my other cardio session at around 6-7pm, then I eat and sleep. Boring uh? lol Thats for 3days of the week. I do one cardio session thursday/friday and two on sunday
God I wish Biotest would send me some Plazma to try for the last 4 weeks of my prep! Lol ![]()
