Looking great.

How “tough” (mentally and/or physically draining) would you say has your prep been so far? Perhaps give it a rating of “perceived toughness”.

I’m curious how riding a bicycle sensibly changes the toughness of a prep, given everything else is (more or less) kept the same. While I haven’t done a prep for a BB competition, I have done one 4+ months progressive cutting phase with Shelby that got pretty rough towards the end.

Cheers.[/quote]

Honestly, the prep hasnt been though at all mentally… physically not much either… Im a bit tired toward the end of the day sometimes but im guessing thats cause my resting hr is almost at 100bpm all the time lol…

I actually talked to ebomb and a couple other guys how I was atually almost “disapointed” that the prep felt so easy because I didnt feel like I was making any though sacrifice. BUT ive always been the kind of guy that doesnt think its hard to always eat the same food and have restrictions and stuff so my whole mindset might have something to do with it. I still have 5weeks to go, we shall see

Picture time!

5weeks out

Rear! Need to open up knees more imo

funny you say that beause for a long time i was wondering when and if the suffering would start, for me it just kicked in like a week or two ago, every 2nd day being zero carb and an hr of cardio a day is taking its toll. Id say you wont have to suffer as much because you started so lean. i hear you on the diet part though, i dont find it really that hard eating the same 6 foods over and over again.

For me it wasn’t the food choices really - although I started to watch the food channel at some point and stopped doing it after the cut haha - but more the low carbs + a killing my hormones (not 100% sure of course but felt like it). That’s why I thought that riding the bicycle while cutting would help tremendously.

But the starting point seems to be the crucial factor - if I recall correctly ebomb didn’t suffer as bad either.

Ebomb has elite genetic
Im not even that low carb right now, 240-300 per day + one 10hours skipload every week

what would you say your genetic strengths are (eg. body parts, leaness, strength, etc)?

what body parts do you plan to focus on the most after your show?

Strenght : I get lean easily, we had to bump my cals way up twice because I was getting too lean too fast around the 14weeks out mark. The set of pics I take dont do me justice, imo. The lighting sucks, but I do that on purpose

As far as bodyparts well I’d say delts obvi, and quads.

I also think that one of my strenght is that im pretty proportionnate even though I do got weaker bodyparts

Offseason I want to bring my lats, triceps and hams up the most

Would you agree?

I would say it’s a tie between his smile and his eyebrows.
