I actually talked to ebomb and a couple other guys how I was atually almost “disapointed” that the prep felt so easy because I didnt feel like I was making any though sacrifice. BUT ive always been the kind of guy that doesnt think its hard to always eat the same food and have restrictions and stuff so my whole mindset might have something to do with it. I still have 5weeks to go, we shall see ![]()

I am the same way, prep felt easy. It doesn’t bother me in the slightest to eat the same day in and day out. Plus, my metabolism is through the roof, so even at the end of my contest prep I was still taking in 280g carbs and 3000 calories.
I’m not a regular poster, but just had to chime in and say that’s a great transformation so far. All in under 5 weeks too!
How long could you sustain you current conditioning for? I’d love to be that lean all the time. Sorry if I missed a post on this, but how far out are you?
When I glanced at that Freeman pic I thought it was you for a split second as the phone is roughly in the same position. That would be a pretty decent 1 hour transformation.
Good luck with the show btw.

Hey ! Thanks for the comments! Not sure about what you mean with the 5weeks transformation though ![]()
I could sustain a condition like that for a long time, I think…

Just remembered that the dates of posts are in US format. I’m in the UK. The correct order is day/month/year. ![]()
Everything is really coming together for you now. Nice work.
Zraw, 2 questions how old are you? And how long have you been training for?
