I’ll post this one too cause I think I now manage to make my legs look “good” from the back
Hamstrings are WAY improved here, Biceps are starting to “pop” too, coming along nicely Zraw.
Little quads pic! Even though working on getting my quads bigger wasnt a priority, I think they grew a lot since starting to work with JM!
Quick update
This saturday I will be 9weeks out. For the next two weeks (started this monday) cardio is bumped to 8x/week for 45mins divided in 6 days (off on skipload day). Skip has me doing a kind of cardio cycling approach. Yohimbine was also added for pre cardio
I also didnt have a skipload this wednesday as my workout schedule is changing and I will now be loading on the saturdays. What this means is I wont be working out until sunday and havent since monday so almost a full off week.
Which is good because the volume will be upped with JM and the # of days at the gym too. My new split from 8weeks out will be as follow
Sunday : Legs
Monday : Chest/Shoulders/Back/Triceps
Tuesday : OFF
Wednesday : Back
Thursday : Chest/Shoulders (light)
Friday : Biceps/Triceps
Saturday : Skipload
I will be kicking everything up a notch from 8weeks out so it should be interesting
Quads really good with so much time left to go. I’ve been very impressed with the entire prep thus far. Gonna look great on game day!

Thanks for sharing all this with us, it was great to read through all this and follow your journey so far.
The main things I’ve taken away from threads like this and Stu’s are patience and humility. If I just listened to my friends who think my 250 lb bench is superhuman, then I’d set my sights too low. Conversely it’s great to be grounded with expectations of monthly progress as well as eventual limits. To see how you are light years ahead of me, yet at the same time there are many who are light years ahead of you, puts things in perspective regarding how fast I should be progressing and what limits are staying natural or not.
your lat spread is unreal, everything’s looking really balanced.
Good work my man! Make me proud

Im hoping the next 9 weeks of my prep will be interesting… imo they will be the most interesting as changes will be more frequent both with my body and with what I do with diet and cardio and stuff
Thanks for the nice words

I’ll do my best ![]()
You look good man. It’s like the further into prep you get the more your physique balances out. Only critique would be if you ever plan on stepping onto the national stage then you are going to need to move up to heavyweights. You are to tall to be competitive as a light heavy, you could still win this show and even qualify for nationals at the provincials just based off of conditioning alone (some of the guys show up looking smoother then you look right now, not even joking).
Also i JUST checked my inbox and saw your message only problem is i only speak English as i am not native to Quebec lol

Hey man! Thanks for the word! Yeah getting bigger would be a goal, obvi. My plan right now might be to take a full year and a half offseason after this show even if I do get a qualifier for the provincials.
And yeah having been to QC open this year and looking at the pics from provincials and last year progym, a lot of the guys show up really freakin soft haha
What I wrote in the inbox what basically just “if you know what coupe progym is I guess ur from mtl or the surroundings? Where do you train?”
I thought you were working with Skip for your prep ( its quite possible I imagined that tho :D) or do you have one person for diet and one for training?
Lots of definition showing!
Man, you’re filling out FAST, Z! Your entire thigh looks swole.
Did you just come off a carb load?
I’d be giddy as fuck if I were you!

I carb loaded saturday! The two pics in blue boxers were pre carb load and the hams shot was yesterday night!
I usually look best 3-4days after a load though

Now thats how Hammies should look!!! Proper nice work!
Zraw, as you said that your hamstring were lagging before, have you noticed any difference in knee health since bringing them up?
