Its kinda hard to judge strenght working with JM as I dont get the same exercise each week and when I do get an exercise ive done previously its usually not done in the same way it was the previous week
BUT, Im pretty sure overall my strenght increased
Here is an update pic with similar angle to the first pics I was taking
Just have a question about the skip loading. I know Skip doesn’t permit dairy but would you be allowed almond or soy milk since i know he usually eats a lot of kids cereal during his loading phase. Not sure if it’s the lactose in particular he tries to avoid for digestion or something else.
Also i don’t train/live in MTL anymore and i never trained at pro gym. I trained at Gymzone in Decarie Sqaure.

He prefers not to use dairy because in his experience it slows digestion (and I tried and I 100% agree… when I have dairy with my loads I get mad stomach cramps)
I dont know about almond or soy milk though, he typically use protein powder + water in the kids cereal (it taste quite good tbh)
Just posting to say im still following along, and I tried out some of your/JM’s advice for shoulders and arms. Mainly focusing on hard squeeze the whole rep, every rep. Definitely a more painful bicep workout. And the heavy partial laterals hurt.

In a good way though
Definitely can pick up some good stuff from the guys on here doing meadows training.

care to share some of the movements that really helped you build up your hamstrings?
hey! Honestly I didnt do any special movement, mostly some type of legcurls at the beggining of legs workout and then some stiff legged db/bb deadlift at the end
On the legcurls the way I did my sets was different every workout though
Sometimes only 20secs rest, sometimes 3 pyramid set and then one high reps, sometimes 1 1/4 reps for all the sets, sometimes high reps partials on last set
On the SLDL it was usually constant tension so never going completely back up
My delts have grown (esp side and rear) but my biceps doesnt look as weak compared to shoulders as it used to! I think I might be able to have a little peak on contest day!

Does John have you do anything for front delts? I think mine are starting to lag behind my side and rear delts thanks to his techniques lol.
This was my weakest pose, I couldnt figure out how to show off my triceps thickness. I think its looking ok now and the only reason why details arent showing is because of the light…
