Neither and tbh with you even though I never tried either approach in my mind they are both not optimal lol

I guess you could say I use a kind of carb cycle approach being as my carbs are a bit lower during off days than on workout days (I dont have low, moderate, high days). And then one day of the week I have a certain time windows were I can eat as much high carbs low fats food as I want/can (thats called skiploading if you wanna search for it)

kick ass progress so far! the later pics do make difference especially the side chest and triceps. posing works magic on people’s physique. if you have any question about posing LMK.

Well it seems like my weak parts are different ever 3-4 weeks so idk :S I know ive brought up my hams a lot though

These recent pics show you’re definitely growing. Everything is getting rounder and fuller. Don’t worry about sharpness right now. Besides, I’ll bet you look sharp some days and not so much on other days.

Thx for the comment! I wasnt sure AT ALL what to think of this week “progress”. I can judge when im leaner but I have a hard time noticing muscle gain and stuff. I have a way more critical eye when I look at other people, I cant autoevaluate myself for crap haha

I do look pretty sharp some days and others not so much!
