Zraw's First BBing Show

I need to open up more on that pose, i can def look wider than that

I think I was sitting too much and had too much weight on left leg

I like this one I think

Oh god haha I almost decided not to post this one…

I’ll post this right now

Bug helped me a lot tonight with a lot of poses correcting everything with kind of “play by play” pics or whatever lol

I think I finally managed to get my chest to look like it should on the side chest

this is a really thread. I am enjoying it very much.

Zraw, I’m not sure how much detail you’re allowed to give with your training so by all means don’t answer this, but does John have you doing insanely high reps for your side delts or just the rear delts? Thanks.

Hey man! It really depends on the weeks, sometimes its higher reps (25-35 → this is usually gonna be with some partial reps, not full reps) sometimes its regular rep 10-12reps

cool, Meadows is such a volume junky. The reason I was asking is that everything from Meadows that I’ve tried has worked really well for me so I’m just going to do everything he says.

How long til the show now? Looking beastly!

Im currently 11.5weeks out

awesome, can’t wait to see how it turns out. I predict great things.

Stay strong brutha!

Z’s got a lot of time to grow into this show… especially under JM.

Gonna be fun to watch the next 3 months.

Yup. I’m watching this thread like a hawk.

Insanely motivational Zraw! Keep it coming.

Oh, and Z…
The pics shot at mid-body height really show your legs better.
This is more the POV the judges will see you anyway.

I think all you really need to bring up are bis and tris and you’ll be golden.

I agree. Lookin good man. I think chest quads and shoulders are def strong points. Hams look a lot better now that you are posing them better.

Who is this Bug guy you speak of?

Yeah after talking a bit to some guys I think thats actually the best angle to take the pics from and to practice as thats what the judges will see, you are right

I also agree about the arms needing to come up but I think biceps will look better once I actually do raise my elbows higher so that biceps peak is over delt both from front and back!

Triceps my long head doesnt pop so that sucks but i’m doing my best to still make it look good. I think the picture doesnt show what it should though

Posting this one for a better view of where its at, still needs work though

Thanks man! I’ll post this while we are at it. I was looking at my front double biceps pose and to me it always looked like my waist looked too big on that pose compared to what it normally looks like… here is what it looked after making some small adjustments… not perfect but I think waist looks much smaller and lats look better on that pic

Also, this isnt 100% sure but I may be practicing posing with Antoine Vaillant in october if I feel my posing still is weak, we’ll see

Hi Z I have to compliment you on your awesome progress so far and find this thread a massive inspiration and motivator thanks for sharing

One question; Are you using intermittent fasting at all or is it all carb back-loading?

Cheers
