I’ll bite… Now the camera angle is bad but I can see the front foot on your back lat spread. two things you may need to do… TOE OUT both front and rear foot… The idea is to get your full sweep and hamstring in full view from behind on both legs… So toe out on both feet. I will post a picture to give you an example… and try not to step back quite so far. Have the pictures taken from further back and then I can see more of what is going on… but your losing leg girth on your back lat spread for sure. Guy in the middle is a good example notice his heel toe placement. [/quote]
great advice. also consider the balance, its very easy to slip and fall with all the oil around you. draw a rectangle underneath you and have front foot in left front corner and rear foot in rear right corner, your pelvis is right in the center of square.

Thx for the tip! I really need to practice not only my pose but being confident doing them haha
One other thing… this may or may not work for you… I was taught once long ago that doing bicep front or back poses… to try to be sure your bicep peak is above your shoulder peak… This may mean lifting the elbows just enough to do that… Gives the appearance of bigger biceps… However if your back width suffers too much disregard this. It is a sport of illusions… You need to make everything bigger than it is… For example and you may already do this… before any back lat pose… Always always pull the elbows behind you and squeeze the back to make it look thin then pop out into your wide pose… the movement makes your back appear wider to the audience… if that makes sense. Same with back double bis pull elbows down and compress then pop up into your pose… … I would show you if I could… but im guessing you’ll get the idea. just makes things look more fluid transitioning between posing and it makes you look more confident when its smooth.

Example of the back double bicep pose… notice his elbows are high to keep his biceps above the shoulders… again do what works for you but this is how I do them.

Gotcha! I’ll try this! It may be good for me considering I have big delts and they make my arms look smallish!
I get what ur saying about how to execute the poses! ![]()
Figured i’d throw up these pics! I personally think I look way better this week than I did last week
That is one clean ass sink… Oh, and rear delts are coming along nicely. Very 3-D looking.

That’s because he never brushes his teeth or washes his hands.
lol
Seriously, Z, your progress is stellar!
Just saw this, you look awesome my man, keep up the great work I’m friggin jealous x(
Impressive, but you already know that.
Looks like you’ve grown some hammies - looking forward to see how the whole package is gonna look in, say, a year’s time with seriously developed hammies.
The last photo stands out most to me: whoever manages to look big, cut and well-proportioned in that pose has really nailed it.
Thanks guys I appreciate all the kind words both for me and the sink! We thank you!!
Haha
I’ll be posting pics this week again but they pretty much all look like shit…
It looks like my legs lost all vascularity… now I dont know if its the angle, or the fact I went to the tanning salon and my skin kinda burned (lol) or if its cause im fatter (I dont think its that cause my arms are more vascular and leaner imo)
I listened to you ID and asked my gf to shoot from the waist… she took the pics from way too low and I didnt realize at first… I think she also took them with some angle… anways they came out crappy imo
I need to open up more though, could look wider
