I just started doing lunges, sometimes, depends on JM loll
high reps legpress were always something I did though (high being 20reps… not the insane 40reps dropsets jm has me do now :|)

I think the diet and new training style are supporting the growth opportunities very well… ![]()
And since you dont have his mass… you may need to toe out more… I use this in my back posing… and I dont exactly have smallish legs.

This is 100% accurate and I thank you for this!! I was involved a lot with karate when I was younger and I was hitting that pose like I would hit a similar pose back when doing karate lol with feet really far behind the other one (see picture) the way I learned it both feet needed to face forward with heels on the ground too so basically… complete opposite of what I must do now haha
