There are way too many questions in there man… and its stuff thats way too specific for me to reply considering I have someone else doing my diet.

I can tell you this though :

My diet is macro based so I dont have a specific “daily or weekly diet”. I go by how I feel with the foods I like

My cals are changing quite regularly…

I’m skiploading meaning my carbs during the week are lower than they would normally be and then I have one day where I have a certain # of hours where I eat all out with things that are HIGH IN CARBS and LOW IN FAT

I have different macros for training days and off days. So its a kind of simplified carb cycling approach I guess

My proteins are high/very high, carbs are moderate, and fats are moderate/low

I eat whatever veggie I feel like, same for fruit. I do tend to prefer bananas and pineapples though

Meat = horsemeat, fish, chicken, eggs, I drink between 500ml-1000ml eggwhite/day

Carbs : Rice, bread, fruits, whatever.

I avoid dairy and oats, they both make me look like crap and bloat me up and make me have a big waist etc etc

Your questions and the way you ask them make me believe you are wayyyyy overthinking this. Just relax a bit and have fun with it

Glad that you guys appreciate. Sometimes I wonder if I should post a bit less to have the updates look more “impressive” but at the same time I want you guys to be able to follow this as “live” as possible, if that makes any sense

It is strict.in the sense that I always respect.my.planned…macros.for.each.meal 100% and.never eat.more.of.one.macro.or.not enough of.the otheretc etc

From.there.wether.proteins.come.from eggs or.horsemeat. and.carbs.from.rice.or.sweet.potatoes.wont.mattermuch.
I only have.fruits in my.first carb meal.of.the day, though

Im starting to have some sort of striations on my outter quads, hoping to make them kai greenesque, hahaha

ALso, I feel like at the start of this prep my lower lats were weak/lacked thickness

Working with John really helped with that, I think
