Matty- On paper it seems like it should work. Really enjoy everything I’m doing training wise, problem will be time but I’ll get what I can get.

BTW the day after Thanksgiving we’re headed to Mexico on a cruise. An entire week of nothing but fun. Getting excited.

Where are you going?
Not sure about how long. Need to iron out the plan a little more. I’ve already found that lots of swings the day before squat day isn’t a long term option.

The get ups really pointed out a distinct weakness in my right side. New focus will be to that area.

Thanks man, we’re pretty happy all around. Ready for some laying on a beach and just relaxing, gonna miss the boy but G’mama and Gumpa are going to have him so he’ll be fine. Beside Grandpa has a new tractor so my son will have plenty of entertainment.

This afternoon did 10 hills sprints.
Didn’t feel up to snuff tonight, just kind of worn down. Thinking I’m not eating enough with the increased activity. Who knows may just be a bad week.
Switching up the previous template a little. Moving Thursdays KB session to Friday and pulling Thursday instead. Worried that doing heavy KB swings the day before deads is a bad idea, it’s a process.
