Any body try zercher good mornings? are they any good? they seem to place less stress on the spine than regular GM’s. i was thinking about placing them in my routine to help increase my deadlift.
Would i do them with low reps (3-5)?

im also trying to gain hamstring mass and strengthen my lower back without placing too much pressure or stress on the spine.
