Zercher Good Mornings

any body try zercher good mornings? are they any good? they seem to place less stress on the spine than regular GM’s. i was thinking about placing them in my routine to help increase my deadlift.

would i do them with low reps (3-5)?

I’m certainly not the most experienced lifter, but I do like the feel of them better than regular good mornings. I myself would stick to low reps, just go heavy. If you’re looking to gain mass, it’s probably not the best move to do.

however, yes, my goal is to gain mass. but regular GM’s kinda hurt my back. too much pressure on the spine. zercher GM’s don’t place much stress on the spine, and are therefore safer.
