My lower quads absolutely suck, so that’s why I’m doing these

and a belt. When I use the oly shoes I find it difficult to stop at powerlifting depth. I should probably work on that.

Inzer/EFS…medium . I can barely get to the 2nd hole . my 10mm large I can get to the 5th hole easily ; the 6th with a belt tightener .

I know you’re trying to bump up your dl as well. What about doing 5/3/1 in a maintenance mode for everything (Jim has talked about this) and do Coan-Phillipi. You would use your current numbers, get the goal reps for the day and be done.

Eh. I would like to see all my numbers go up. I may run CP again in the future. But I want the quickest road to 3/4/5/2+ plates on B/S/D/OP. Not just the deadlift.
