yet again harder then it should have been. I fucked up my hand somehow, and it made pressing a bitch.

CG incline
barx8
95x8
115x8
135x10 PR+2 reps

DB seated power cleans
25 3xfail felt the lactic acid buildup after each rep

DB bench
50 2x10 just did these to see how they made my shoulder feel[/quote]

CG Incline 135x10? Nice. I’m doing CG Incline for ME and sadly only got 150x5x1 this week… although I did 160x7x1 2 wks ago.

They’re pretty effin hard. Especially if you have long monkey arms like myself.

Long monkey arms? I can touch the bottom part of my quad standing straight up. THe CG inclines are a huge fucking bitch. However I feel like they’ve already contributed to my bench progress. So they are staying for the time being. I’m looking for a way to incline a 1 or 2 board back into my routine.

Try using wrist wraps and a suicide grip on the CG inclines. It helps so much I can’t even explain. I feel safe using hte suicide grip on the CG inclines because of the reletively low weight used, and thefact it won’t crush my throat. I always have a spotter for my failure sets.

Why is this rated 2 1/2 stars wtf

Keep up the training! I’ve tried CG Inclines before, the amount of weight I was using was discouraging haha

hell yeah it’s discouraging. But I really love the lift.

Today: deload
worked up to 315x5
pretty much did speed pulls. Was ridiculous.

when do you switch gyms ?

I’ll probably be on a Monday , Wednesday , Thursday schedule over the summer ; but adjustments always come along . right after work is when I prefer to lift , so we’ll probably run into each other on a regular basis .

theres a whole set of boards in the corner by the power rack…help yourself , those are mine . theres a wood box floating around also . the figure-comp gal uses it occasionally ; you’ll recognize her as a figure competitor the second you see her .

I’d be the short guy , mid 40’s ,buzz-cut , scruffy face ,usually in shorts/sleeveless shirt . hit me up for some chalk , I got plenty. and ask for a spot/lift when ya need one . I got 2 sets of bands too ; mon.-minis and mini-monster-extra-light or some bullshit…orange and black . the orange are next to useless by themselves . you got any bands ? I’d like to try a pair of lights before I order anymore .

I finally get to start squatting again next week (on the tail end of a foot problem) . I’m one of only about 3 in total that you’ll see squatting (not counting half-squatters).

we’ll see ya around

I’ll be there the week or week after school ends. I don’t have bands, but I plan on buying a 13mm belt in the upcoming weeks. I also have 5 boards so we’re set on those. I’m 17, longish flippy brown hair, wearing a black or grey beater and dark blue shorts. what are the dimensions on the box?

Deload military press:
nothing worth posting.

dont order that belt yet . I’ve got a 13mm belt that I dont use . if it fits ya , you can have it .

Hey Zep, replying to your email here:
Yes, DO them - they could be the single most important thing you will ever do at this point.

I’ll get on that.

In other news I’m cleaning up my diet this summer. Hoping to stay at my current weight while losing some fat. Looking for huge gains on my back width, biceps bench press, and squat.

I’ll probably take some before pictures as soon as school lets out.

hanging lat stretch, actually.

I’m thinking about doing rack pulls instead of deads. But we’ll see. I feel like it would be easier to manage fatigue. But I’ll give this a few more cycles.

Lol, der fuhrer is keeping an eye auf mir, ja? Nein, ich bezog merely mich dass ‘andere’ wundervoll method der erhohung back width nur einige von uns wissen ungefahr lol.
