2000 iirc dodge intrepid, the windows are semi broken, and one of my doors doesn’t open.
I ended up with a POS compared to my old car. I wish they would of forced her to pay repairs. I realise how lucky I am to have a car, however I had a sweet car that was as good as new, and now I have a car that drives great, but everything from the speakers to the doors sucks ass.
hmmmm, for the bench, try to not do more than a single once u get to 185 in weight if u want to do heavy singles, also u might have to do more rep work to pac on chest/frontseide muscle to have more to work with, i know it helped me alot i did 4x10 on bench a while back for about a month and it snapped me out of my stalled streak

I’m taking today and tomarow off. My legs are still fried, my upper back is fried, my shoulders and biceps are also fried. I want to be as close to 100% as possible so I can pull 435 on monday.

I pretty much worked up to, and missed 205. I feel liek I’m never going to win here.

You ever try inclining or declining bench??? Sometimes a little change can break a plateu. I switched over to decline bench a couple of weeks ago and I have made progress on my bench for the first time in a LONG time… Now i feel like 300 is right aorund the corner.
Just my 2 cents. Keep up the training.

lost my keys, got a ride home for a spare, came back opened my car, found them buried in the seat… by the time the ordeal was over the gym locker rooms had locked up and I had no way of getting my shorts and t shirt. I’ll make this session up after work tomarow.
